All purchases made through this site are governed by the following restrictions:
- Event Tickets – Tickets purchased through this website are non-refundable. Tickets may be used only for the specific event as listed. Ticket may not be exchanged for other events. If the event is cancelled for any reason the ticket will be either refunded or may be used for another event at the discretion of New Jersey Motorsports Park. If the event is postponed and rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event. New tickets will not be issued.
- Season Tickets – Season Tickets purchased through this website are non-refundable and valid for only the events listed on the ticket.
- Purchaser is totally and completely responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
- Merchandise – All sales of merchandise are final. Event specific items may be exchanged prior to or during the event or until supplies last.
Currency
All products and services are offered in US Dollars.
Shipping Policy
Tickets will not be shipped. Your email confirmation will serve as your ticket. Please print a copy of your order confirmation and bring this to the event as your ticket.
All other goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days via the delivery method selected or available at the time of order. We support shipments through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
